Please read this agreement before creating your EthicaX account. By signing up, you are joining a trusted identity,
networking, verification, Smart QR, wallet and ethical-engagement service operated under the EthicaX platform.
1. Account and lawful use
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use EthicaX only for lawful,
ethical, professional, verification, networking, reporting, Smart QR, and trusted engagement purposes. You must not
impersonate another person, submit false reports, upload unlawful content, abuse other users, or use the platform
to mislead institutions, employers, customers, communities, or the public.
2. Personal data EthicaX may collect
EthicaX may collect and process information you provide during signup and platform use, including your name,
email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, nationality, profile information, account activity,
Smart QR activity, Network activity, wallet/payment-related records, reports, uploaded media, verification records,
device/browser security logs, and other information required to operate EthicaX services.
3. Why EthicaX uses your data
Your data may be used to create and manage your EPA account, provide trusted profile services, support Smart QR
Pages, operate EthicaX Network features, verify records, prevent fraud and abuse, improve safety, support research
and analytics, provide opportunity matching, process subscriptions or payments, communicate service updates, and
comply with legal, regulatory, security, and audit obligations.
4. Public visibility and sharing
Some information may become public when you choose to publish a Smart QR Page, Network Page, post, media item,
comment, profile, business page, product page, service page, event page, fundraising page, or other public content.
EthicaX may also share necessary information with trusted service providers, payment processors, hosting/security
providers, institutions, verification recipients, regulators, or lawful authorities where required to provide the
service, protect users, or comply with the law.
5. Data protection and your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, account updates, deletion or restriction
where legally permitted, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Some records may be retained
where required for security, audit, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment records, verification integrity, or
protection of the EthicaX trust system.
6. Security and retention
EthicaX will use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data. You understand that no online
system is completely risk-free. EthicaX may retain data for as long as necessary to provide services, preserve
verification history, protect users, comply with law, maintain audit trails, and support legitimate platform operations.
7. Communications
EthicaX may contact you about account security, service updates, verification matters, Smart QR services, wallet
activity, reports, opportunities, subscriptions, compliance issues, and important platform notices. Marketing or
optional communications may be managed according to available platform settings.
8. Consent
By ticking the agreement box below and creating your account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these
Terms, Data Protection and Privacy provisions, and you consent to EthicaX processing your personal data for the
purposes described above.
