Ethical Excellence Global (EthicaX) Ltd recognizes the importance of privacy and data protection. EthicaX operates with the objective of complying with applicable Ghana data protection requirements, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and related lawful obligations governing the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal data.
2. Data Controller / Processor Responsibility
Depending on the service, EthicaX may act as a data controller, data processor, or platform service provider. Institutions and users who submit data to EthicaX are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to submit such information.

Payment data is processed through supported payment gateways. EthicaX keeps transaction references, payment status, order details, wallet/earning records, and commission records for reconciliation, user support, audit, fraud prevention, and lawful financial record purposes.
